I was amazed at how easily this strained the surface grease off my beef bone broth. The mirror finish looks high-end and cleans up effortlessly in the dishwasher.

Cleans up with just a quick sponge wipe thanks to the polished surface. Much better than mesh skimmers that always trap food particles.

So much faster and less wasteful than trying to blot oil off the top with paper towels. It pours clean broth out smoothly while trapping the floating fat layer inside. Exactly as pictured.

I love that it comes as a 2-pack—I kept one for myself and gifted the other to my mom. It leaves our homemade ramen broth clear and virtually grease-free.

Great for skimming fat off gravies and broths, though the spoon bowl is slightly smaller than I anticipated. Still, the build quality and finish are top-notch.

It takes a little practice to get the tilt angle right so only the broth pours out, but once you figure it out, it works well. Good sturdy stainless steel.

Excellent quality stainless steel that doesn't bend or feel flimsy at all. Hanging them from my pot rack using the built-in hole saves valuable drawer space.

Having two in the pack is super convenient when making big batches of chicken noodle soup. It really helps cut down the oily film on top without losing any of the rich broth. Great value.

Love this clever little kitchen tool! The design naturally separates oil from liquid without the mess of waiting for fat to cool and harden in the fridge.
